Seegnals

Cold email and offers, tracked by company

Your buyers are companies.
Your tool sees rows.

Seegnals runs your sequences, rotates the mailboxes, watches deliverability and sends your offers from the same place. What each company did in the last seven days adds up to one temperature you can act on.

  • 14-day trial
  • All features unlocked
  • No credit card required
Fig. 1 — the signal the category throws away.

Two people from the same company opened three emails this week. Every other tool calls that two contacts.

Fig. 2 — the list you open in the morning. One row per company, in the order the week justifies.

One row per company.

  • Clicks, replies and offer visits counted for the whole company.
  • Company logos in the interface, so the list reads like your pipeline.
  • Sorted by how warm the company is this week. How the temperature is calculated.

Sequences that branch.

A follow-up that ignores what happened is a mail merge with a delay. Here the path forks on the event, and the editor draws the fork instead of hiding it in a list.

  • Conditions on replied, clicked, bounced and unsubscribed.
  • A/B variants per step, up to four.
  • Sent in the recipient's timezone, inside a window you set.
  • Snippets with fallbacks, so an empty field never ships as a blank.

  1. 1

    Connect your mailboxes

Gmail, Microsoft 365, SMTP or IMAP. We encrypt every credential before we store it.

  2. 2

    Import your list

A CSV. We show duplicates and suppressed rows instead of dropping them quietly.

  3. 3

    Launch the sequence

Follow-ups that branch on what the recipient did. Mailbox rotation and daily limits are part of the send.

  4. 4

    Read the company view

Every click, reply and offer visit adds up to one temperature per company.

Protect your sending reputation on four fronts.

Address verification

Catch-all included, so a bad list stops before it burns a domain.

Mailbox warm-up

A partner pool that we resell as an add-on. We do not run one ourselves, and we are closing the partner contract now.

Paced sending

Daily limits, random gaps and rotation across the mailboxes you connected.

Domain audit

SPF, DKIM and DMARC, each with the date it was last checked.

We moderate volume hard, because shared reputation is shared. How deliverability works here.

Every reply in one place.

Replies land in one view across every mailbox you connected, sorted by what the person wrote rather than by which inbox caught it.

  • Classified by intent, and corrected in one click when the model is wrong.
  • Out-of-office replies are recognised and left out of the count.
  • Reply from the app, with the company thread next to it.
  • Every classification is a fact you can check and correct. The reply text itself never leaves the inbox view.

Developers

API and webhooks.
In every plan.

Included in every plan. You can drive the product from your own code and have the events pushed back to you.

curl -X POST https://app.seegnals.com/api/v1/prospects \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $SEEGNALS_TOKEN" \
  -d '{"email":"anke@nordwind.example","company_name":"Nordwind Logistics"}'

Your data stays in the EU.

Row-level isolation between workspaces, export and deletion in one click, and a named address that answers security reports. Security and data in full.

Pricing

You pay for the people you contact.

  • You are billed for the people you contact in a month. Nothing else is metered.
  • Unlimited mailboxes and unlimited seats, at no extra charge.
  • API and webhooks are in every plan.
  • Go over the limit and you pay the overage. Your campaigns keep running.

From twenty-eight dollars a month, and the rate per person drops as the number goes up. Move the slider yourself.

Questions we get asked.

What is Seegnals?

A cold email platform that counts by company instead of by contact. You bring the mailboxes and the list. It sends the sequences and watches deliverability, and every click and reply rolls up to the account.

Which mailboxes can I connect?

Your own: Gmail, Microsoft 365, SMTP and IMAP, as many as you own, at no extra charge. The sending reputation you build stays with your domains rather than with a shared pool you rent by the month.

How is the company view different?

One row is one company. Clicks, replies and offer visits from anyone at that company add up, weighted by type, over a hard seven-day window. The list you open in the morning is sorted by which companies are warming up.

How do you protect my domain?

Rotation across your mailboxes with a per-mailbox daily limit, randomised gaps, and a bounce shield that pauses a campaign on its own. Address verification runs first, so a bad list stops before it reaches a mailbox.

Is mailbox warm-up included?

Warm-up will run through a partner pool and be billed as an add-on beyond the mailboxes in your plan. We are closing the partner contract now; until then, connect a mailbox that already has a sending history and start it on a low daily limit.

What about GDPR and lawful basis?

The application runs in Germany and the database in Ireland, both inside the EU; there is a DPA on request, and every message carries one-click unsubscribe. You are the controller: the lawful basis for contacting someone is yours to hold, and we give you suppression by address and by domain so you can honour it.
