Seegnals

For NGOs

Reach the partners you need, at a price that respects your budget.

Sponsors, institutions, member companies: reaching them is outbound, whether or not anyone calls it that. Registered nonprofits get the whole product at reduced pricing, for as long as they are nonprofits.

Full product, no expiry, no card to apply. Reply within a working day.

Sounds familiar

Partnership work has three problems that fundraising tools ignore.

Partnerships live in one person's inbox

Sponsors, corporate partners, institutions: the relationships are real, the record of them is a mailbox and a spreadsheet nobody else can read.

A sponsorship deck goes out and goes quiet

You do not know whether the PDF was opened, forwarded to the board, or lost. So you follow up too early, too late, or not at all.

Sales tools feel wrong, and cost like it

Seat pricing, hunting language, a warm-up add-on. You need to reach organisations respectfully, at a price a nonprofit can defend to its board.

How it works

Three steps, and the deck stops going quiet.

01

Connect the mailbox you already write from

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP and IMAP account. Daily limits, randomised gaps and an hourly SPF, DKIM and DMARC check keep the organisation's domain healthy, because it is also the domain your donors write to.

02

Import partners and write to them as organisations

A CSV of contacts at companies, foundations and institutions. Seegnals groups them by organisation, so three people at the same sponsor add up to one account. Addresses are verified on import; opt-outs are honoured everywhere, for good.

A company card with people, campaigns and the timeline of events

03

Send the deck as a link and know what happened

Your sponsorship proposal or partnership offer as a personal, tracked link instead of an attachment. Who opened it, how long they spent on the budget page, whether it was passed on and read again. Follow up when it is read.

Offer statistics with visits, reading time and per-page attention

Built for partnerships

What matters when the relationship is with an organisation.

Organisation view

Temperature adds up the signals from everyone you contacted at a partner, so you can see which institution is warming up this week.

Tracked proposals

Reading time per page, returns and forwards on your sponsorship deck. The one signal fundraising outreach never had.

Consent, built in

One-click unsubscribe in every message, suppression by address and by whole organisation, EU hosting. You stay the controller; we give you the tools to honour it.

A shared inbox for the team

Every reply, from every mailbox, classified and next to the organisation it came from. Two volunteers can pick up where the coordinator left off.

Hosted in the EU (application in Germany, database in Ireland), DPA on request, no transfer outside the EEA for core processing. Details on the security page.

The programme

What you get

  • The full product. Same features as any paying customer. There is no nonprofit edition with things missing.
  • Reduced pricing for as long as you are a nonprofit. Not a trial and not a first-year promotion. We tell you the price once we see the registration; it stays while the status does.
  • Help with the first campaign. Partnership and fundraising outreach has its own rhythm. We will look at your first sequence with you.

What we ask

  • Proof of registration, once.
  • One workspace per organisation.
  • If you are happy after a few months, we may ask whether we can mention you. You can always say no.

Who qualifies

  • Registered nonprofitFoundation, association or charity with a registration number (in Poland: KRS with nonprofit status).
  • Outreach to organisationsPartners, sponsors, institutions, member companies.
  • Consent handledEvery address comes from your own list, and an opt-out is honoured everywhere.

Questions we get

How big is the discount?

Significant, and not printed here. Send the registration number and a sentence about who you write to; the price comes back in one reply.

Does it ever expire?

Not while you are a registered nonprofit. If the organisation becomes a company, it moves to standard pricing at the next billing period.

Is cold outreach even appropriate for a nonprofit?

Writing to an organisation about a partnership that fits its stated mission is legitimate interest in most European readings, and it is how partnerships have always started. What changes with a tool is that every message carries an unsubscribe, every opt-out is remembered, and you can prove both.

We are a social enterprise, not a charity. Do we qualify?

Write to us anyway. If your statute puts mission before profit, we will usually say yes; if not, the startup programme may fit.

Can a foundation apply for the organisations it funds?

Yes. One message with the list and we set it up for all of them.

Why do you do this?

Because the outreach nonprofits do is the kind we want more of: specific, respectful, to organisations that can say yes. And because a partner who found their sponsor with Seegnals tells other nonprofits.
