What we do ourselves

Mailbox rotation

Spread a campaign across every mailbox you connected, with a per-mailbox daily limit.

Paced sending

A daily ceiling per mailbox and randomised gaps between messages, so a campaign never fires on a clock.

Bounce shield

A campaign pauses itself at a bounce threshold instead of burning the domain.

Domain audit

SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked, with the date of the last check. A result without a date is worthless.

Spam wording check

Risky words highlighted in the body while you write.

Suppression by domain

One bounce or one unsubscribe can stop the colleagues at that company too.

What we buy

Address verification. Bought per address, catch-all included. A bad list has to stop before it reaches a mailbox.
Warm-up. A partner pool, resold as an add-on once the partner contract is signed. We do not own one and we are not going to pretend: a small pool looks exactly like a farm.

Verification is already wired into the product rather than left as homework: it runs on import. Warm-up follows the same rule the day the partner contract is signed.

Reputation is shared.

Every sender on a platform carries the others. That is why volume here is moderated on purpose rather than sold as unlimited.

An acceptable use policy and hard limits, in place since launch.
