About
Seegnals is made by Creathink One, a product company for sales, working from Warsaw and hosting in Germany. Everything here runs our own outbound first, which is the only product test we fully trust.
Three areas, one line of work. The products are the proof rather than the subject.
Lift
Sales enablement
A proposal that stays alive after you send it. Follow-ups driven by what the buyer actually did. An inbox that is sorted before you open it.
Read
Sales intelligence
Company and contact records filled in without anyone typing them. Scoring that puts today's list in order, and signals read from the work you already do.
Route
Go-to-market
The ideal customer, the people inside it, a sales process shaped around how those people buy, and the first closed deals to prove the shape was right.
Sales is the part of a company where effort is most visible and help is thinnest. The person at the desk on Monday morning has a list, a quota and a stack of tools that mostly ask them to type things twice.
We have done that job. We know what it costs to write forty emails and learn nothing from them, to send a proposal into silence, to open an inbox with two hundred messages and no idea which one is the deal. Software should carry some of that weight, and most of it does not. It moves the admin around and calls that a workflow.
So we build the machinery instead: narrow tools that do one job properly, for the people who have to make the number. We use each of them on our own pipeline before anyone else is asked to. That is the fastest way to find out what is missing.
The order is the method. Out of order it is just a list of things to do.
Five questions answered in writing before a line of code exists: which companies, who inside them, and what that person is doing on the day the tool is supposed to help.
One job, done properly. Everything else is written down with a date and the words “not now”, which is a decision rather than a backlog.
Our own funnel, our own proposals and our own mail run through these products before we ask anyone else to trust them. Seegnals sends our outbound.
One test for any feature: does it hold for the next ten customers, or only for the one who asked. The person doing the work writes the roadmap.
Four products on one line of the transaction: the first conversation, the inbox, the funnel, the offer. Each one is a company's worth of work on a single job.
Pipeline intelligence
The funnel: records enriched on their own, and a pipeline that reflects the process rather than a tidy screenshot.
Proposal intelligence
The offer: what happens to a proposal after you send it, read from behaviour instead of guessed at in a follow-up call.
Inbox intelligence
The inbox: mail sorted, unsubscribed and drafted before the morning is gone.
Outbound intelligence
The first conversation: sequences that survive a real inbox, and the results counted by company instead of by contact.
A core team of three runs the company day to day, remote across European time zones, and fifteen people work across the products. English is the working language and the market.
Our own outbound goes through this product every week. How the billing works is already decided: you pay for the people you contact.
