Sending window
The weekdays and hours during which a campaign is allowed to send, applied in each prospect's own local time.
A sending window is the schedule that decides when a campaign may send: which days of the week and between which hours. Messages due outside the window wait for it to open. Because a window is only meaningful in the reader’s local time, a well-built one is applied per prospect’s timezone, so a mid-morning window means mid-morning in Lisbon for one person and mid-morning in Helsinki for another.
It matters because an email that arrives in the middle of the night looks automated, and one that arrives on a Saturday looks careless. Beyond appearance, a window shapes the day’s volume: the daily limit per mailbox spread over a few working hours, with randomised gaps, produces a pattern that resembles a person at a desk. A window also protects your own team. Replies arrive during hours when someone is there to answer them, which is when a warm reply is worth most.
In Seegnals weekdays and hours are set per campaign and applied in each prospect’s own timezone, falling back to the workspace timezone when it is unknown. Gaps between messages within the window are randomised, and each mailbox stops at its own daily limit.
