To check queue
A holding area for prospects a campaign will not send to yet because something looks wrong with their data or address.
The To check queue is where a campaign puts prospects it is not willing to send to without a human looking first. The reasons are the ones that cause embarrassment or bounces: a field that a snippet in the template needs is empty, the address could not be verified, the domain looks suspicious, or the same person appears twice. Each held prospect waits until you fix the problem or decide to skip them.
It matters because most outbound damage is done before the first email leaves, at the moment a slightly flawed list meets an automated sender. A template that opens with “I saw that {{company}} is expanding” sent to a row where company is blank; a guessed address at a domain that will bounce; two rows for the same director, who then receives the same email twice from two mailboxes. None of these is visible in a campaign’s stats until it is too late. A queue turns them into a short list to clear before pressing start.
In Seegnals the To check queue has its own tab in each campaign, and holds prospects back before the first send when something looks off (missing fields a snippet needs, an unverifiable address, a suspicious domain, duplicates). You fix or skip them; nothing sends to them until you do.
