Workspace

The shared account in which a team keeps its mailboxes, prospects, campaigns, offers and settings, with owner and member roles.

A workspace is the container for everything one team does in an outbound tool. It holds the connected mailboxes, the prospect and company data, the campaigns and their statistics, the offers, the suppression list, the integrations and the plan. People are invited into it and given a role that decides what they may change. When two people work the same accounts, they are working in the same workspace, seeing the same company cards and the same inbox.

It matters because outbound is a team activity even when the team is two people, and the failure modes of separate accounts are expensive. Two colleagues with separate tools email the same company from two directions, one of them unaware that the other received a “not interested” last week. A shared suppression list, a shared timeline per company and a shared inbox make those collisions impossible rather than merely unlikely. A workspace is also the unit for administration: who is the owner, which timezone is the default when a prospect’s is unknown, and which notifications go where.

In Seegnals a team has one workspace with owner and member roles and invitations by email. System notifications (plan at 90%, plan exceeded, campaign paused by the bounce shield, first open of an offer, mailbox error) are sent by email.
